It's a job when a lot of people don't have one. One of the less stressful Call Center from an inbound standpoint
Inconvénients
No roome for advancement, No raises, and crazy schedules not very condusive to having a life outside of work. and quote "no negotiations" when new schedules and mandatory shift bids are posted
