      Avantages

      Laid back atmosphere, some innovative products. Potential to be a David in an industry dominated by Goliath. Great planning for development of low hanging fruit. Industry going thru change that can be capitalized on.

      Inconvénients

      Management plays petty games fostering unhealthy competition. Doesn't acknowledge hard work. Pretenders and favorites are encouraged and rewarded. Very poor execution of plans due to lack of strategic vision.

      Avantages

      Great Insurance and PTO is not bad.

      Inconvénients

      The Leviton upper management micro-manages everything and they do not understand the lighting industry. They shoved 2 other lighting companies into this building with no planning and every day is a s&*t show.
