Office environment is relaxed, but still professional. Flexible work schedule that allows for a good work/life balance -- the best I've experienced since entering the professional workforce. Management seems to listen to ideas from all levels within the company and willing to make changes to positions to fit the strengths & interests of their employees. They do a great job of making you feel like you're making important contributions to the company. Considerable investments have been made to improve infrastructure and employees. I have limited interaction with the shop area, but the people that I've met seem like good, hard-working people.

Communication between departments could be better, but that can be said about almost any company.
