Avantages
Supporting the military is always great. The team I worked with at this time was awesome. I gave excellent technical support service for nearly 7 years and loved it all until the last 6 months of my tenure.
Inconvénients
Management at the time was horrible. The project manager at the time had a great ability to lie to your face and smile to make you think you're hearing the truth. He would say one thing to you and later, stab you in the back. Trust in management was not there and you had nowhere to go if you weren't one of his main people that he favored. I understand the entire environment I was in back in 2009 has changed completely and the manager I had back then went government before I was let go. For a company talking so much about employee retainment, they did nothing to help me when I was suffering with Diabetes symptoms and working with a doctor to get it under control. They just flat cut me after 6.5 years of excellent yearly reviews, excellent customer reviews, excellent service, etc. It really shocked me and I felt it was very unfair and unprofessional at the time.
