Avantages
I'm grateful to join without any Recruitment or Sales experience. Leadership is always supportive - you do have to be clear about what you need though, they will not babysit you. Lots of autonomy to create your own processes, and A LOT of opportunity to work with really awesome clients. I'd recommend this job for people who are resilient and ambitious.
Inconvénients
There is frequent change in strategy. Sales processes aren't clear/documented. This will be worked on, but anyone can understand how frustrating inconsistencies are.
