      No micro-managing. Good benefits. Wide range of jobs, so can transfer inside the company.

      Inconvénients

      Lower pay than competitors so large amounts of people leaving weekly. Due to low pay, jobs aren't attracting people, so remaining staff are overworked

      Very educated and experienced people in charge that love passing on their knowledge to those under them. Great management and they take great care of their employees.
