Mutual assistance well developed amongst workers, good atmosphere.
Inconvénients
The nature of CC's relationship with their main client company is one of executants instead of experts. This leads to a lot of inefficiencies such as out-of-date and insufficiently precise metrics leading to a wide gap between what the customer really needs over the phone and what the client company demands. Tools are particularly unreliable. Closing a ticket under a fixed time is not a guarantee for having solved the issue. Workers with high level of empathy (normally an asset for this type of job) would find themselves in constant stress - some people were crying during office hours - because of a recurrent feeling of powerlessness.
