      Avantages

      - Easy to apply and get the job, especialy if you speak German - Usual benefits (Medical insurance, etc) - Good atmosphere, except a few accounts/projects

      Inconvénients

      - NO INTERNAL TRAINING, except if you are a New Starter or if you want to be a Team Leader - No language bonus so if you speak a second/third language, keep it quiet as you won't be paid more for your extra skills - Make you work hard, but promotions are really limited

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Inconvénients

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Avantages

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Inconvénients

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
