      - OK benefits - Supportive people - strong drive to follow their own values

      Inconvénients

      - Not flexible in working hours. Time-tracking being used. - A lot of over-time (unapproved as well) which is sometimes paid out. - Development teams work disjoint, no department wide standards followed. - Career advancement very limited.

      Avantages

      Allowed a lot of free reign. Concentrate on important things and really cared about customer service. Good incentives and pay and comms. Really looked after their people.

      They left us with experian
