      Avantages

      Worked there for 2 years after the buyout of Providian Financial. I was in the collections department as a manager and had a lot of opportunity to grow and develop. Great management and drive. Stay on your toes!

      Inconvénients

      Not all ideas made it to the top - even great ones that I believe could have been game changers. Typical politics as in any big corporate gig.
