      Inconvénients

      If you're a young sycophant-in-training who is eager to be grossly underpaid and work 45 hour mandatory weeks on salary with a daily 45 minute video meeting first thing in the morning where you may be reprimanded for not smiling enough this is the place for you! I had to pay out of pocket to ship their equipment back to them because sending the appropriate shipping labels is somehow beyond the owner's capabilities, I was reimbursed via Zelle for multiple items which has needlessly complicated my taxes for the year.

      Avantages

      Coworkers are great. Tight-knit Team. Your contribution to the team has a real tangible impact on day to day operations, so you clearly see the results of your hard work. Many different client environments so you get exposure to many networks and real-world operations styles; definitely an amazing place to skill-up and gain knowledge at an accelerated pace.

      The company is growing, but is small. Your professional growth and progression will match the company's.

      Avantages

      - Great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment - Friendly clients who don't pressure or abuse you - Supportive team members who are there to help! - You work from 8:35am to 6:00p and not expected to work past that unless it's your on-call week and only for emergencies. If not emergencies, enjoy your night!

      Inconvénients

      - Efficiency is necessary but can be taught - Exhausting all means to contact a client (phone call, voicemail and email). This may not be for the feint of heart for anti-social people - Sitting around and not doing anything isn't allowed. There is always work to be done
