Gender Bias: As the only woman on my team, I constantly felt undervalued and excluded from conversations, as if my contributions were not considered worthy. 4. Unrealistic Changes: The new CIO aims to implement AI changes overnight, leading to instability and impractical expectations. 5. Job Insecurity: There have been numerous layoffs without clear reasons, creating an atmosphere of job insecurity.
