      Good company since things are all planned from US

      Inconvénients

      Promotion is given to chosen ones, HR are interns they don't have experience due to which employee has to suffer jobs and monetary loss

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
