      The company culture, and the technical team is amazing. Everyone contributes to help each other and that makes it a great place to work for.

      Inconvénients

      Compucom on site at Pfizer is based on a contract, therefore there is no growth opportunities.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
