      Freedom, great for the absolute freedom. Great people work there. Good pay.

      Inconvénients

      Little chances for promotion, pay increases happen randomly and rarely. Short staffed.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
