Avantages
Relaxed environment with minimal pressure due to he nature of our contract with the client. Allowed to work from home 1 day a week Great amenities and workplace atmosphere is commendable Medical and Dental benefits are payed for completely by the employer Allowed to do my work with minimal supervision. No micromanagement.
Inconvénients
Pay is lacklustre No bonuses are given out even though performance evaluations are bonus-worthy. Management is done by-the-numbers. No creativity involved when making decisions.
