      Avantages

      I feel working for CompCom was overall a good experience. I do find it puzzling that they had to shut down our division of professional services. Very inept management is the only reason I can explain.

      Inconvénients

      The one thing that stood out was what seemed to those of us on our team like complete nepotism in management promotions. I am not in favor of "good ol' boys" networks. I am much more in favor of a meritocracy where people earn their way. I also do not support companies that do not promote women into upper management as result of these old values.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
