      Avantages

      Good experience, co-workers, online documentation, training.

      Inconvénients

      Fairly good start up company. But, once your Direct Full-time employee there is no assurance that you will be staying. I lasted more as a contract than direct. They "Arranged business to comply with Customer satisfaction" and laid-off all new hire and some managers. They give you hopes for a stable career...it isn't.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
