      Avantages

      Tuition reimbursement, Paid vouchers for IT certifications, Gym access onsite. Considerable paid time off for tenured employees.

      Inconvénients

      Unbalanced work-life, Uncompetitive Wages, Unilateral pay for position advancement, No career opportunities. I left this job after achieving various certifications and gave myself a 12k a year raise.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
