      Team spirit and healthy employee environment, Recognizes efforts of their team members and always encourage for upskilling.

      Inconvénients

      Segregation of roles needs to be done to avoid overlapping and right expectation from that particular role but this is evolving process and will be taken care.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
