      Avantages

      Good place to start out at only!

      Inconvénients

      Don't expect industry pay rates and especially raises. No room to move around \ up in the company and if you do they will say it will be a lateral pay move! Company is owned by private IT flippers, they buy companies strip them down to make a profit and then sell to next IT flipper!

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
