      Avantages

      Co-workers are about the only reason I have stayed.

      Inconvénients

      No raise in pay for the last 5 years. Having to give 30 days notice to take time off.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
