      Industry and CEO change have been difficult. Communications have suffered over last few years, yet a direction closer to the future of IT has emerged which will benefit employees and customers.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
