      You can do as much training you want. Has a lot of materials to offer 160 hours a year of vacation

      Inconvénients

      You will never get a raise Pay is not that good Make sure to ask you will get 40 hours no matter what

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
