      Avantages

      Starting pay was awesome. Lots of training available, and tuition reimbursement.

      Inconvénients

      Health insurance is a joke. No raises in 6 years.

      No yearly pay raises. Somewhat difficult to move up unless you’re looking to get into management

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
