      Avantages

      -Good benefits (401K, Insurance, etc.) -High performers get bonuses -As long as you handle your assigned tasks, manager will not bother you -Company pays for some hardware certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo)

      Inconvénients

      -No real chance for raises or promotions -Rare to meet management, even your manager, unless you work in same city as them -Company does not pay for A+

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Inconvénients

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
