      Avantages

      Small company, consisting of good professionals with over 20 years of experience in computer hardware support. Flexible hours, good company history and pleasant athmosphere to work at. Excellent communication with the engineers as well as management.

      Inconvénients

      Support projects are few and long term and there aren't many new opportunities for development.

      Avantages

      Raises commensurate with experience and performance. Management are also "IT guys" and work along with the rest of the team when needed. Company has a wide array of clients which provides employees with a chance to learn to support a very broad array of business products. The management level is minimal and most employees work autonomously on their own workload each day. The company also pays your health insurance and provides great coverage. The Company has a southern family feel and does grillouts and pizza lunch parties throughout the year.

      Inconvénients

      Commuting into and out of Maumelle can be challenging some days but that's not the company's fault.
