Nice Director of Nursing, very competent and approachable. Wide scope of practice for this position. Great learning opportunity in the substance abuse field.

Pay was lower than average. Some employees were lazy and incompetent. Due to low salaries, it was difficult to recruit decent staff, and lower quality staff were retained in spite of work habits. Staff was cut due to financial woes.

None..... Agency was only for themselves; cared none about their employees

Hostile working environment; cared more about the money clients brought in then the hard work their staff provided to keep the place running.
