Avantages

Decent direct managers and that’s it.

Inconvénients

Far too many calls too little time between them for me to consider this a humane job. It is outsource calls so you will, basically never be able to help the caller. Very low pay. No food options and coffee machine didn’t seem to work. Overall messy place with some managers just trying their best with what they have been given but nice people. Would be inclined to say this is purely an issue on the unrealistic expectations of just another CEO
