Avantages
Most co-workers are nice and professional. Management is normally very good about giving you time of when it's requested. They give a five minute grace period to clocking in. If you need to alter your start time (ex. taking your kid to school) they will let you.
Inconvénients
Management definitely favors certain people. I would double check any requests you submit. They often over look emails, or forget that you asked them to do something. Even if you are a hard worker, if you are a millennial get ready to hear the older workers dis on millennials repeatedly. Also gossip passes between the buildings quickly, so don't say anything you aren't ok with everyone knowing.
