This Company is really great at being productive and successful at job placements and having people working in large clients. The staff working there are so caring towards the employees as well as towards the Business people. The people work hard to proactively align you with a career that is well suited to your experience and skill set. Good high salaries and I had my paychecks on time without fail. They processed my Green card immediately with no wait time, they did a detailed paperwork so there were no queries or delay in getting my Labour or I140 approval. I am very impressed with the level of attention I received to any questions I had, as well as the immediate responses I always received. One of the top rated and best consulting firm I had worked with. I would recommend this company to my friends and family if they are looking for work and learn. At last I would end my review saying that I can see fault reviews where companies having below 20 people from the same regions trying to make false impression about the company where I'm working. Please don't make any false reviews where this leads no nothing except wasting your precious time. Thanks again Competent you are such a wonderful thing in my Life which has changed my career entirely positive.

Horrible company and people to work with. Please don't choose competent systems to work with or for applying h1b visa. They dont provide any info once they get money. It was told to me money will be returned in case application gets denied. But he didn't even shared the denial letter , RFE letter and forget about money. Company did blunders in paper works... so many applications got denied due to their irresponsible behavior and they couldn't provide the required docs from their end. Company owner don't know how to talk to people ...an illiterate manner less person. His and other people in company attitude is like they did a big favor on us like they applied our H1b in free of cost. After waiting more than a year .... receiving rejection that too because of employer mistakes is not done. Even I heard they cancel visa if you wish to join any other firm ...dont provide paychecks on time. Don't want other people to suffer like me. It was told to me they cannot provide client letters or the required documents to uscis....and they are again filing H1b applicant for 2017. Such a contradicting statement ...how come they got client letters now. History repeats ...beware of such foolish and greedy people .
