      Upper management poor communication, Disorganized policies and lack of support and inclusion for All Employees only certain departments are supported and policies are not equally enforced across the board.

      Avantages

      Only positive is the individuals working face to face with clients daily. Caring and supportive.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership does not listen to the concerns of staff. Raise a concern and then become the target. Very understaffed in all departments on the behavioral health side. Staff work in fear.
