Avantages
Nothing I can think of. Only thing good was working remote and flexible hours.
Inconvénients
Company lacks identity and is an irrelevant product for most industries. Management does not have a sense of direction on where they stand in the technology/sales enablement market. EXTREMELY LONG SALES CYCLE!! It was a free for all fighting over leads and no opportunity for growth. Coming from a former software company, I was intrigued to entertain a startup environment but didn’t have a mentor or leader to help me grow. When they say “self-starter” don’t overlook that..they really mean “self-starter”
