      They're open to change...but only changes proposed by preferred top tier management. It's like high-school all over again.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no room to grow. Management also isn't very interested in hearing employee concerns. The status quo must always be maintained.

      Avantages

      The dress is very casual. There is steady work now that the company has been bought by another company.

      Inconvénients

      There has been no raise in 5+ years in all departments. The atmosphere is very strict. There is no talking to other employees allowed. Feels like the Gestapo is watching over you. It's more like quantity over quality.
