Micro management is the management style. There are way too many leaders per sales reps, many of the leaders either haven't done the job in many years or have never done the job so don't understand the current market. If you are unlucky and get on a team where the market for that specialty has shifted you are limited on what you can sell so pivoting isn't an option. Instead leadership just rides you for more when it's clear the market is asking for something different. So, PMF is only true some of the time.
