Avantages

Solves some important and pervasive problems. 2) Rock solid technical sales teams - the guys selling the tech are some of the best in the industry. 3) Good & compelling vision coming down from CEO. 4) Cool new state of the art HQ (see Cons for more).
Inconvénients
Company is suffering from the pains for "growing up" to a truly professional enterprise organization. 1) Business planning is informal and not well/timely communicated downstream to the teams who need to execute. 2) Org structure is highly political. Major functions have little or no incentive for collaboration; 3) Insistence on locating HQ in the middle of New Jersey is a challenge for hiring key talent. 4) Company has a fascination with complexity - this pervades the product, pricing models and company policies.
