Performance-based rewards are inconsistent. Employees who put in sincere effort and dedication often go unrecognized, while others are rewarded disproportionately. Zero empathy when it comes to health or personal issues — even serious mental health concerns are brushed aside. Night shifts are handled without proper consideration for employee well-being. Communication from leadership often feels more like pressure than support.
