Avantages
There aren't any. I came to know that I had done the blunder on my first day of joining. Such a lazy and demotivating people. Everyone seems to be trapped there but will pretend that they enjoy. However the reality is that everyone is looking for a way out and trying to switch to a better place. Four of my team members were fired without any warning. Such an unstable company. Save yourself before you become the target.
Inconvénients
The list is end less but I will name a few. 1. Lack of leadership 2. Non Existent CEO 3. No annual raises 4. Every senior becomes your team manager 5. Lot of interference from others 6. Dead management 7. Sudden terminations
