No matter you are listed as a permanent employee but make sure to keep a new job ready always. They have laid off people even before Covid without any reason and now because of covid they have a reason as well. 4. Management is very poor. 5. There is no scope for learning. 6. Every employee is there because he/she doesn't have a job.
