      *Third poaition in the non-profit sector, all related to the housing crisis Seattle faces. * Community focused *Willing to take their time to train new Properrtt ‘managers the right way, investing in their future *get to be involved in projects to better the city of Seattle and growing

      Inconvénients

      * specific role as a property manager is difficult, because residents traditionally do not like their property managers therefore endure are quite a bit of verbal abuse * Sometimes tasked with too much to get realistically done in a day. * Seems to slowly be taking more away from the property manager role as they struggle to stay financially afloat

      Well organized, committed leadership team and mission focused staff. A fantastic housing organization.

      Inconvénients

      Multiple locations make it difficult for building day to day camaraderie among staff at the numerous locations.

      Hostile at times, and favoritism Pay scales do not make sense Office environment feels clicky at times. Uneven and Unsustainable resource allocation.
