      Local bankers that provided outstanding customer service

      Inconvénients

      Greedy C-Suite that was only interested in selling the bank and cashing in. No regard for their employees or customers.

      Avantages

      An actual community bank. Employees are allowed a lot of autonomy. The management team is wonderful. Every employee is well trained and the customers are even better! Very inexpensive account options.

      Inconvénients

      Recent purchase by Capital Bank may bring some changes. Slow processes on some loan products. Short staffing in most branches with very small rover staff recently.
