      Avantages

      Not many hospitals in Ca hire lvn’s I really liked my time here with them. Med Surg is a great place to learn hands on .

      Inconvénients

      It wasn’t much of a con , but the NOC shift can be brutal if you’re not used to it

      Job security, pays pretty well.

      You feel like a little fish in a big pond. PTO is not enough.
