      Avantages

      -great mission -employees are really passionate about serving adults with disabilities -higher compensation than most other providers in the area -constant focus on improvement -more structured than a lot of other non profits -many employee perks

      Inconvénients

      -living in the bay area is tough and staff turns over as people leave the area
