      Avantages

      I am extremely glad to say for whatever the duration I was at Aptify I couldnt find any Pros

      Inconvénients

      I wish Glassdoor could give me a chance to write a book for Cons of working here. Nevertheless, this company is nothing more than just a Mutual Admiration Society where A praises B, then B praises C and then C goes back to A and then the viscous circle continues. Some managers guard their subordinates in a way as if they were their own children and turn a blind eye for their mistakes. Parallely, they also look down on some people as if they have committed a heinous crime.

We work hard to ensure our team members are receiving well rounded and impartial feedback. One specific example is that our Consulting team, which is a highly matrixed team, conducts 360 peer reviews. This review encourages fair and consistent feedback. We also encourage discussions about any and all challenges our team members face in the bi-weekly one on one meetings between team members and team leaders. Additionally, the senior management team has an open door policy where anyone may discuss ideas and concerns outside of the normal hierarchy. Lastly, I encourage all team members to come to me or our Director of Culture & People, Julia Lang, should they feel their voice and opinion is not being heard. Thank you again for your review.

      • Depending on your department, there is an abundance of challenging work. I am frequently tasked with solving extraordinarily difficult problems which almost always have something new to teach me despite being a software developer who isn't shy about the fact I have "seen and done it all" • Depending on your location: flexible work accommodations, unlimited PTO, generous 401K contribution, competitive health benefits, free food, soda and coffee • Relatively modern computing hardware, server and network infrastructure, development and productivity tools, and three exceptional teams of support staff • Embraces individuality which is evident in the expressive and creative personalities each team member displays

      Inconvénients

      • The motto "Adapt Once, Adapt Often" may be sometimes taken to an extreme which can be overwhelming to some • Global Huddles were an interesting and exciting idea that have been executed pretty flawlessly, but I think it should have been all-or-nothing in terms of the frequency.
