Avantages
- pre-covid a lot of positions allowed you to travel and there was flexibility in working remote
- not an awful place to start out, but you will want to leave less than a year in
Inconvénients
- will work you on a hamster wheel and getting support is almost impossible
- telling a client no, or any push back literally doesn't exist
- upper management will "check-in" if you ask for help, but will really just gaslight you
- not a lot of structure, training is limited (if any), not a lot of resources to help you succeed and then you will only be faulted when you fail/make a mistake
- company handles raises very weird too
