      Autonomy is relaxed. You can decide and execute your own ways of accomplishing your task. You can make it easy and work smart. Bosses are nice and kind.

      Inconvénients

      - low salaries - not automated. everything is manual - Gossips everywhere - slow promotions - management is profit oriented and have less care for employees - ineffective stakeholders management - unfaithful declarations in corporate filings

      Avantages

      Its Good. The officemates are all very accommodating especially the HR. Managers are very good at their understanding. They valued all the employees well.

      Inconvénients

      Re-assignment The office is understaffed and needs more improvement with the system.
