      Avantages

      If you are a US citizen and want to be laid off, you should work here. They replace you with immigrants that already are breathing behind your back to learn job duties and responsibilities. BTW, lots of contracts have been lost because these immigrants aren't US Citizens and therefore cannot work in federal funded projects. You know no English? You are welcomed to work here!

      Inconvénients

      No pay raise. If you're the sales dude in charge you will never receive a commission, check. And if you brag a lot about it, they will terminate you.

      Avantages

      A place I genuinely enjoy working for - with a team that will help you out and listen to your opinions. I feel I have the ability to grow here in the career I’ve chosen.

      Inconvénients

      There can be some disconnect depending on which side of the building you work in. There does occasionally seem to be two worlds and I’m not sure they’ve successfully tied them together yet
