      Avantages

      Command Partners has a great company culture. Everyone works together to make their clients successful, and enjoys doing it. Everyday is a new challenge and a new chance to learn something. Offices are loft-style and are in a great location near Uptown. Working at Command Partners is a lot of fun, too!

      Inconvénients

      Expect to work hard! If you aren't willing to put in long hours from time to time Command Partners may not be the best place for you.

      - Command Partners invests in its employees' growth - A nice combination of agency-life flexibility along with corporate-like benefits - The people...from leadership to most recent hires...are awesome

      Inconvénients

      - It's the hardest yet most rewarding job I've ever had - Dealing with the stress when some client's expectations are not grounded in reality

      Avantages

      Cutting edge company with Great Leadership. Partners are well respected and experts in their fields with excellent reputation in the industry. Fun, cool offices with a modern look with a culture that's full of passion and energy.

      Inconvénients

      Fast Paced atmosphere which may not be for the typical Charlotte, NC person. They have lots of A-list clients globally which means that you may have to take a call at 10pm at night or on weekends. So if you're looking for a 9-5 place this is not the place for you.
