Avantages
A lot of people want to see change. Co-workers for the most part are nice.
Inconvénients
Very set in their ways despite it being trickled down from the top that the company needs to change. "Old" workforce - a large number of people are baby boomers and have either retired within the last year or will be retiring in the next 1-2 years. They prefer internal promotions over external hiring, even if it means the person isn't the most qualified. Benefits are terribly expensive, plus to get the discount you have to be a member of Humana Vitality and reach a certain level. I pay for just myself what a friend pays for herself and her children. Everyone knows everyone kind of mentality so watch what you share since certain people will spread it around like wildfire. HR is joke except for the people in charge of the performance models. Pay is hardly competitive.
