Avantages
They truly care about their employees. The weekly pay is awesome especially if you're used to having jobs that pay only every two weeks. Everyone is so nice and they are always willing to help you with whatever you may need. Great people to work for and with!
Inconvénients
The only thing I'm not a fan of is that when using PTO you need to use it in 4 hr increments, so if you missed 2 hrs of work and aren't able to make up that time, you either need to use 4 hrs PTO or take the 2 missed hrs without pay. I won't use more PTO than I need so in those instances I just take it without pay. This in my opinion is hardly a deal-breaker though.
